Dog Medical Conditions Does Anyone Own A Small Dog With A Medical Condition Called "honking"???

Does anyone own a small dog with a medical condition called "honking"??? - dog medical conditions

I am a proud owner of a 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. / 2 year old Yorkshire Terrier - toy breed. Weight of 7.5 when it should be 6 pounds. Anyway, he had health problems and one of them is breathing. Whenever I'm upset or take a walk () in colder climates, like geese honking and very loud noise. I took him to the vet and gave him an injection of steroids for the inflammation. He said that his windpipe and he takes this kind of dog is - is very small / narrow and are sometimes torn down to make some noise. Surgery is an option in severe cases, dogs can not breathe, but the process has many complications post-op and not able to digest food and spit. Has anyone a dog with the same problem, and if so, how to deal with this problem?

First, we must distinguish whether it is harmless or collapsed trachea, a reverse sneeze. Here is a link for you to distinguish the two conditions.
